The increased blood flow allows Mahagra to fight erectile dysfunction, while its ability to relax muscles helps with benign prostatic hyperplasia by allowing the person to urinate more easily. Pulmonary arterial hypertension is treated from the relaxation of blood vessels in the lungs.
